Purchase Terms and Conditions

Retail prices quoted on our web site are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. This web site cannot be duplicated, reproduced, or copied, either in part or in full, unless express authorisation is provided in writing to do so.
Please note that purchases cannot be cancelled after payment has been received.


We take care when packaging our products to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and suitably protected. Should you receive damaged goods, please notify us and we will replace these at our cost on receipt of the returned product, unless otherwise agreed.

Despatch & Delivery

Despatch of your order will be arranged within 2 business days of payment being received, and notification by email of the despatch date will be provided.
As a general policy, we use Australia Post parcel service or TNT road express for the shipment and delivery of our products, and through experience have found that product arrives in good condition, and generally within 2 – 3 days of despatch, depending on the location. Deliveries will only be made to an actual street address, and preferably to an address which will be attended during business hours.
In the event of extreme heat at either the point of despatch or point of delivery, either special packaging arrangements will be made in order to keep product cool, or delayed until conditions are more conducive. As the customer you will be kept informed in this circumstance.

Payments & Security

We understand that some customers may have concerns regarding disclosure of credit card details and personal information over the internet. We can assure you that we take all actions possible to protect your information, and use Paypal and a certified payment gateway for credit card payments, with none of your important security information being kept by us. We also provide the convenience of Direct Debit if you prefer.
